Thanks for stopping by! After several years and 18+ trips to Texas over the last 3 years, my husband and I have decided to build our homestead outside of Austin, TX. In this blog I’ll be detailing our journey from site prep to move in and beyond. Along the way we will also create a garden, hiking/4-wheeler paths, and bring some new animals into our lives.
All the while I’m traveling for work – a lot. As of the launch of this website on October 1, 2019, I’ve flown 110,982 miles and driven another 6,000 in 2019. I’ll highlight some of the destinations I visit and share travel tips along the way.
